Cloud Color Studies

Last month I traveled to Central California for a week in Cayucos, a small beach town near where I was born and raised. During our time by the sea, the skies were filled with beautiful cloud formations and rainfall. God, I love dreary weather. (Maybe you do too?)

This week, I had a chance sit down and recreate those cloudy sunset skies in watercolor. These are very different than my usual acrylic paintings on canvas. These are intimate color studies: experimental watercolor on paper and ready to frame. They're available for a limited time in my shop.
