Interpretation: When the world weighs heavy on your heart and the dark night seems to go on forever, know that your process is a good one. Trust it. Lean on it. Let it hold you up. The ways in which you comfort yourself, prepare yourself, and handle yourself are part of your foundation. Notice where you need more support. Notice where you feel centered. And notice where you need boundaries. Everything is information right now. Deep inner listening will always serve you well. No need to create a new way of doing things. Trust what you already know to be true for you.
